Kerosene Laterns
Not to long, 20 years ago, we still had electricity problems.
Electricity used to go off 2 or 3 hours every night.
At those nights everybody was using kerosene laterns.
They helped me a lot, while I was doing my homework :)
When I saw this laterns, I remembered the old days...
Nowadays, we are using them for decoration only...

Sausage
Turkish type of sausage is prepared with lots of garlic and spices
People eat it on very different varieties.
Some in sandwiches, some pan fried, some grilled...
I like it pan fried with scrambled eggs...

A Regular Visitor
Mr. Miaow, is a regular visitor now.
He comes to my door, 2 or 3 times a day.
He is so insisting. He even sits at the couch with me.
Of course Ollie goes jealous and barks like crazy.
It's been fun lately, will see what happens, between
me, my dog baby and this new friend of ours...
I never had a cat, I don't know how to treat them. And having a dog at
home makes it even more difficult.
Any ideas on how I can take care of both of them?
Or can I ?

Turkish Flag
The Turkish flag has a complex origin since it is an ancient design.
It is practically identical to the last flag of the Ottoman Empire,
which was adopted in 1844, apart from a few proportional
standardizations.
I like to sit at the terminal and look at all the ships passing by the
Bosphorus.
With all their different flags and colors....
